Built and taught by Hannah Laut. A decade inside emerging tech, now training working professionals to run AI as a daily operating system. The engines here come out of the Spring Cohort of Running Start, which wrapped with a 10/10 average rating and 93 NPS.

Why this exists

The workflow you wish you had time to build.

Most people who learn how Claude actually works (from the ebook, from Running Start, from their own reading) hit the same wall on the other side. You have the method. You don't have the time to sit down and apply it to your own real work.

The Build Library is where that work gets done. Each month I build a new set of workflows start to finish and add them to your library: the prompts, the Skills, the recordings. You watch when it suits you and run them on your own real work. A new theme, every month.

You don't need another newsletter telling you AI is important. You need a library of workflows you can actually run.

Over a quarter that's twelve workflows. Over a year that's fifty-two. Your library compounds, your stack stops being theoretical, and the Fridays start running themselves.

How it works

Three steps, no calendar.

01

New engines every month

Each month a new themed set of workflows lands in your library. You get a note when they're up, with what they do and who they're for, so you can bring your own real task.

02

Watch on your schedule

No set time, no Zoom. Watch the build from blank to working whenever it suits you, pause, and rebuild it alongside your own work.

03

Download it and run it

Every engine comes with the prompts and Skills, yours to download. Run it on your real work the same day. The library is searchable and grows every month.

Your Build Library: July 2026 Content launch drop, four recorded engines, each with downloadable prompts and Skills

The first drop, ready July 1. Each build is a recording plus the prompts and Skills, yours to download. The library grows every month, and subscribers get a monthly live Q&A.

Who builds these

Hi, I'm Hannah Laut.

I've spent ten years inside emerging tech, including time at Coinbase, Polygon, and Bain Capital Crypto. I've briefed White House staff on crypto policy, sat on the founding board of ETHDenver, and most recently spoke at Consensus 2026 Miami on running Anthropic's Claude Cowork to scale your work.

I built The Build Library because patterns alone don't compound. You need the workflow actually built, not just described. So each month I build a new set of engines end to end and add them to your library, with the prompts and Skills. Once a month I run a live Q&A for subscribers. The point is that you walk away with a working system, not a clever idea.

The people in the room

A real gift for making AI feel approachable without oversimplifying it. Practical, actionable, and immediately applicable.

Working professionals just wrapped the Spring Cohort with a 10/10 average rating and 93 NPS. The Build Library runs the same method as Running Start, on demand and built alongside your own work, new engines every month.

These comments are from individual Spring Cohort participants describing their own experience. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

The schedule

A year of builds, rolling out quarterly.

Twelve themes, one per month. Each build is one complete engine, about an hour, with 3 to 4 connected Skills and Scheduled Tasks. The July 1 launch drop shows every build below.

Each build assumes you have a Claude Project set up. New to Claude? The ebook or Running Start is the best starting point.

Launch drop · Opens July 1

July 2026 · Content.

Four engines, each about an hour. Together they're a working content stack: short-form to long-form, branded content for job seekers, and an engagement loop that feeds itself.

Build 01
Pro track

The Social Content Engine

About an hour. By the end, your engine takes one voice memo and runs your full week of multi-platform content plus a Friday newsletter, on autopilot.

  • 01Voice Memo to Multi-Platform Posts (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram in your voice) VoiceMemoToSocialSkill
  • 02Sunday Pull and Draft. Pulls the week's voice memos and outputs the content calendar. SundayContentPullScheduled Task
  • 03Newsletter Builder. Turns the week's posts into a Friday newsletter draft. NewsletterBuilderSkill

The Long-Form Engine

About an hour. By the end, your engine identifies your best short-form post each week and stretches it into long-form content automatically.

  • 01Best Post Identifier. Ranks the week's posts by engagement signals, surfaces the winner. BestPostFinderSkill
  • 02Long-Form Expander. Takes the winner and drafts a full blog or Substack post. LongFormDraftSkill
  • 03Video Script Builder. Takes the same winner and drafts a 3-minute video script. VideoScriptBuilderSkill
  • 04Monday Long-Form Pull. Runs every Monday and outputs the week's long-form drafts ready to polish. MondayLongFormTaskScheduled Task

The Build-in-Public Engine

About an hour. For anyone learning something new, building a side project, or quietly pivoting and wanting the work to be visible. By the end, your engine turns what you're working on into a steady content cadence that compounds your public presence.

  • 01Weekly Learning Brief. Turns the past week's reading, listening, courses, or experiments into one post about what you're absorbing right now. WeeklyLearningBriefSkill
  • 02Project-to-Post. Takes a project (paid, side, or learning) and drafts a "behind the scenes" or "what I'm building" post. ProjectToPostSkill
  • 03Question-to-Post. Takes a question you're working through and turns it into a thinking-out-loud post. Strongest move for breaking into a new space. QuestionToPostSkill
  • 04Sunday Documentation Task. Drafts a week of build-in-public posts every Sunday from a quick brain dump. SundayBuildInPublicScheduled Task
You get3 Skills + 1 Scheduled Task

The Engagement Engine

About an hour. Month closer. By the end, you have a closed-loop system that turns incoming comments and DMs into next week's content seeds.

  • 01Comment Miner. Pulls the top engagement from the week's posts. CommentMinerSkill
  • 02Reply Worth Posting. Flags which incoming DMs or comments are public-worthy seeds. ReplyWorthPostingSkill
  • 03Content Seed Generator. Turns each seed into a voice memo prompt you can record on Monday. ContentSeedGeneratorSkill

The rest of the year.

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

When does it open, and is it live or on demand?
The library opens July 1, 2026, with the first drop ready that day. Reserve a founding seat now and you're billed today to hold it. From there it's on demand: each month a new themed set of engines is added to your library, fully recorded, with the prompts and Skills. You watch whenever it suits you, no set time and no Zoom. The one live element is a monthly Q&A for subscribers, where you can bring your own work and questions.
What's the difference between The Build Library and Running Start?
Running Start is four live sessions across eight days, built around YOUR work, with a peer cohort and personalized Project setup. The Build Library is an on-demand collection where new workflows are added every month, plus a monthly group Q&A, more general. Different rhythms, different price points. The Build Library is best if you've already done Running Start or learned the method elsewhere and want to keep building.
Do I need to know Claude already?
Helpful but not required. The ebook ($29) walks through Project setup and the recurring prompt patterns, and Running Start is the deeper, hands-on version that builds the foundation around your own work. Start with either and every build lands harder. If you don't, you'll still get something from each engine.
Can I cancel the monthly sub anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your Stripe receipt or by emailing hannah@blondontherun.com. Your access continues through the end of the billing cycle you've paid for.
What happens to my library if I cancel?
The library is hosted access while you're subscribed, so canceling the monthly sub ends your access to it. That's exactly why most people take the annual pass: the full library stays yours for the year. The Skills and prompts you download from any engine are yours to keep regardless, no matter which door you came through.
What if the first engine isn't useful to me?
Watch your first engine after subscribing. If you don't get a workflow you'll actually use, email hannah@blondontherun.com within seven days and it's refunded. The whole point is that you leave with something running, so if it doesn't land, you shouldn't pay for it.
What if I want to bring this to my team?
For company-wide training, that's a separate engagement. Email hannah@blondontherun.com with team size and goals and I'll quote a custom workshop.
