Get your company actually using AI.

Stop watching the AI revolution. Start running it.

I'm Hannah Laut. I'm not the person who builds your AI. I'm the person who gets your team using it. A decade driving adoption of intimidating technology inside blue-chip companies, in a way that felt manageable while the room was still skeptical. Now I do it for AI.

Most companies don't have an AI tools problem. They have an adoption problem. The licenses get bought, the demo lands, and six weeks later the work looks exactly the same. I build the version that sticks.

01 / For companies + teams

AI in the DNA of
how your company works.

Buying the tool is the easy part. Getting a whole team to change how they work is the hard part, and it decides whether AI becomes real leverage or a line item nobody opens. That's the work I do.

When adoption sticks, a couple of recurring workflows put hours back on every desk each week, and the work pays for itself in weeks, not quarters.

Free · A 5-minute build

Your First AI Coworker.

You open a blank chat and freeze, then re-explain your whole business every session. This is the coworker that already knows it, so you stop paying the context tax. A guided build you copy in one click, not another list of prompts to figure out later.

  • A coworker that already knows what you sell, who you sell to, and how you sound.
  • Your business captured once in a reusable brief, so you stop re-explaining it every session.
  • Three workflows running on day one: brain-dump to a plan, ten-minute call prep, and the thing you keep procrastinating.
  • Built in Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. Bring whichever you already pay for.

No spam. Unsubscribe in one click.

It's a coworker you direct, not a robot that runs your business while you sleep. That's the honest version, and it's still the best 5 minutes you'll spend this week.

Almost there. Check your inbox, click confirm, and your build downloads right away. While you wait, the natural next step is Running Start →

Driving change through uncertainty

Executive offsites · Company all-hands
A decade of getting people to adopt intimidating technology, in a way that feels manageable instead of threatening.
What does a company engagement look like?
It starts with a thirty-minute call so I can hear what you're trying to fix. From there: a workshop, a focused sprint, or a retainer. I recommend what fits the problem, not the biggest version of it.
How does pricing work?
Priced against what the work unlocks, the hours it returns and the risk it removes, not the number of sessions. We scope it on the intro call once I understand what's actually on the table.
Will you travel?
Yes. I'm based in Denver and book workshops, speaking, and on-site engagements anywhere a flight goes.
What tools do you teach?
Whatever stack makes sense for the room: Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Granola, custom GPTs and projects, plus the workflow scaffolding between them. Tool-agnostic and outcome-loyal.
04 / About

A decade driving adoption.

I'm not the person who builds your AI. I'm the person who gets your team using it. For ten years I've gotten people and institutions to adopt new, intimidating technology before it was obvious, while most of the room was still skeptical.

I helped build one of crypto's first professional certifications at C4, from curriculum to exam, and I'm back with C4 now defining the certification standards for AI security alongside CSOs. I built the experiential marketing function at Serotonin and ran go-to-market across PayPal, Bain Capital, Polygon, Protocol Labs, Sotheby's, and CAA. I sat on the founding board at ETHDenver and briefed White House officials with Coinbase on crypto policy.

Now I do the same thing for AI, except instead of explaining the future to outsiders, I train the insiders. The team drowning in work AI could already do. The operator who pays for ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini and uses none of them well. The company that wants AI in the DNA of how it operates, not sitting in a pile of unused licenses.

The thread across all of it: taking something new and hard and making it usable for the people who have to live with it, in a way that feels manageable instead of threatening.
